A few questions, answered.
Who can sign in?
Sign-in is invite-only — the studio owner invites admins, staff, and teachers by email. Parents will get their own portal (coming soon).
Where does the data live?
Your studio’s data lives in a private Supabase Postgres database. Backups are continuous and you remain the owner of the data.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — DataDance is a PWA. Install it from your browser and it behaves like a native app, including on iPad at the front desk.
Can we customize pricing and discounts?
Packages, sibling discount %, staff discount %, walk-in rate, and registration fee are all editable in Settings.
